So I made a mistake and bought my car from another local Subaru dealership. Never again will I “choose” them. After two absolutely awful experiences with their service department I switched to dean team. I went there this morning after cracking a rim on kings highway and wow. This service department is amazing. I was in and out in less time than I could have imagined. Price quotes was the price paid. Service advisor was friendly and courteous. I was beyond impressed
We had a great time getting a vehicle here. Our salesperson, Mundo was very personable and knowledgeable. Car purchase can be stressful. But Mundo def went an extra mile helping us have the best experience possible. We could tell he was not just there to sell a car-he genuinely wanted to help, which is very rare to find in dealerships these days. We also appreciate Jason who kindly answered all our questions. Overall, we would highly recommend this car dealership. Good people and solid cars here!

Working with Henry was outstanding. Not once did he pull the usual dealership tricks to buy a car. He showed us what we were looking for and let us test drive two cars to find the one we wanted. They did not have the color we wanted, but within a few days had one delivered. We test drove it, and bought the car that day. No pressure, just tons of info on the features of the Crosstrek. Would highly recommend both a Subaru and the team at Team Dean!
We had an AWFUL experience at another dealership last week, but Wes at Dean Team was awesome! My daughter got a solid used car from him that will hopefully get her through college. The whole process was smooth and we were in and out in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended seeing Wes for your next car.
Dean Team Subaru is an amazing dealership. We have bought four Subaru vehicles over the years and each time has been a great experience. This last week, Pete, our salesman, helped us be able to drive away in a new Outback. He went over the car with us during the process. Before we left the lot, Shawn went over the car one more time with us to make sure we understood some of the new features our new Outback had. Shawn said Dean Team would check back with us in two weeks to see if we had any more questions. We loved the team approach in customer service at Dean Team Subaru.
After 10 years and 235,900 miles on my Subaru Forrester, it was time for a new car. While there are countless options out there, I chose another Subaru. This time shopping for a car was very different - I was able to start online to look at pricing, options, and dealers near me. I contacted two dealerships to arrange test drives. Dean Team Subaru in St Louis was the first to reach out and invite me to the dealership. Once I arrived, three new Subaru's were ready for me to try. My salesperson Sam was super. I ended up ordering a Crosstrek - with everything I wanted and within my new car budget.
